Danish teak No. 54 buffet by Arne Vodder for Sibast, 1960

This no. 54 teak highboard was designed by Danish designer Arne Vodder for the cabinetmaker Sibast. This piece features tambour doors that disappear completely into the sides when opened, Vodder's signature contrasting oak base, and handmade details and craftsmanship. The contrasting birch interior features three sliding felt-lined drawers and five adjustable shelves. There are four locking drawers with the original key.
