Beak Vase by Per Lütken for Holmegaard, 1955

Spectacular vase from the famous Naebvase (Duckling gold Beak vase) series, signed by Per Lütken and produced at Holmegaard. Very exquisite piece, which was appreciated since the beginning for its additional, organic and soft shape. Signed, dated and identified on the bottom, "Holmegaard 19PL55" (Per Lütken signed almost always monogrammed with initials falling between the 4 digits of the year). The Naebvase (Duckling gold Beak vase) series was in production between 1952 and 1974.
