Industrial enamel lamp with glass and cast iron, Poland, 1960s

This model been produced in poland in 1960s by 'energo-metalowa spółdzielnia pracy przyszłość' in sosnowiec. Lamps of this kind were commonly used in factories and workshops. The top part is made from a solid piece of cast iron. The original enamel is in a good shape and presents itself with an interesting patina. For that reason, the enamel shade was only cleaned. The lamp is equipped with a polished steel chain and black textile-coated cable and a white porcelain socket. Comes with 1m of the polished steel chain and a ceiling cup. The original glass part is intact and in perfect shape. Most of the lamps have authentic plates indicating the manufacturer. Due to their vintage character, the lamps present imperfections and signs of use which are consistent with their age.
